It'd be nice if cloud-init doc could somehow host the "full example".
Perhaps it would be possible to add the files that are in
smoser.brickies.net to cloud-init doc and then update the doc to
reference their https://git.launchpad/ urls.

Bug description:
  The OVF file[0] that ends up on cloud-images.ubuntu.com within the
  OVA[1] as an official build references Scott Moser's private web
  server as a recommended source of seed data. The references That
  server is HTTP-only and Scott is no longer at Canonical.
