https://popcon.ubuntu.com/ is broken, since it doesn't get my popcon
results from 100+ machines. I can tell, since checking
https://popcon.ubuntu.com/all-popcon-results.txt.gz shows 0
installations of cloudcompare. But I've got several users of it. It's
all Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (amd64)

popularity-contest package from 18.04, only 20 submissions? it should be the most popular.
