[Bug 1839493] [NEW] gnutls28 asm accelerated crypto

Public bug reported:

gnutls asm accelerated crypto

gnutls inherits openssl accelerated crypto .pl scripts and generates asm
using them and then incorporates them in their own releases.
Specifically cryptogams also available from
https://www.openssl.org/~appro/cryptogams/

However, it appears that they do not currently inherit IBM power & Z asm
accelerations.

Could IBM openssl teams please look into helping gnutls upstream
adopting power / z asm accelerations from OpenSSL/crytogams/IBM-itself ?
