Public bug reported:

I was reinstalling ubuntu 19.04 from a flash drive. I installed it once
and the libre officer packages failed to install and it also installed
my boot loader onto the wrong disk so it was not booting up. i installed
it with the install ubuntu and erase disk option. The second time I
installed manually, put the bootloader on the right drive and then
started the installation. I got this error.

I got this same error attempting to install 19.04 earlier with a
different flash drive so i dont know what to do now if something is
wrong with my ssd drive.
