  Impossible download speed

Bug description:
  Here's my problem:
  Sometimes the download speed is something impossible like 3000 PB/s (3 thousand petabytes a second). And it kind of annoys me because I don't how long the download's actually going to take.
  I'm in Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
  I'm using apt version 1.0.1ubuntu2.4.1
  I'm sorry if the details aren't detailed enough. Just let me know
