The install failed for an unknown reason, I was attempting a live cd
repair of the file system, ultimately I opted to do a complete reinstall
which I used the same medium and it worked, I believe the bug itself was
caused by a fault in my filesystem and not the live cd (usb) . The file
system that crashed was 19.10 and I think maybe that because it's still
in the experimental stage may have been the factor involved, I am again
running 19.10 and it works good again. I believe at this point there is
no more to add and this may be something you can close out.
