Microcodes are tiny, and for security reasons you want microcodes for
both, so that you can like swap your drive into a new machine with a
different CPU vendor and you remain secure.

  Invalid

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 19.10
  2) Software Updater 1:19.04.8
  3) Only download and install microcode for AMD CPU. My computer does not have an Intel CPU.
  4) Downloads and installs both AMD and Intel CPU microcodes.
