Bug description:
  Whenever I request to open a file in an application, the application
  locks down for one minute and then works normally, including the
  second "Open File".

  Incidents with Firefox, R Studio, Nautilus (open), Chrome all
  applications in "Open File" action for the first time

  Behavior Begins After Upgrade 9.04
