$ reverse-depends -R src:jellyfish
Reverse-Depends
===============
* centrifuge [amd64]            (for jellyfish)
* crac                          (for libjellyfish-2.0-2)
* quorum                        (for libjellyfish-2.0-2)
* trinityrnaseq [amd64]         (for jellyfish)

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in: amd64, arm64, ppc64el
$

So there are reverse-dependencies that also need to be dealt with. Can
you please look at whether they should also be removed, or have their
build-dependency on libjellyfish-2.0-dev dropped?

  Please remove the arm64 and ppc64el binaries.
  Please also skip the jellyfish autopkgtest failures on arm64 and ppc64el which are preventing glibc and htslib from migrating from-proposed.
