  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Ubuntu MATE 19.10 using minimal desktop option
  2. Open terminal and enter `umount /dev/s` and then hit <Tab>

  Expected result:
  * bash completion works as expected

  Actual results:
  * bash completion does not work :
