  auto suggest previously used commands

Status in bash package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 19.10
  2) 3.34.2-1ubuntu1
  3) If a user types part of a previously used command, display the suggested command. A user could press the right arrow key to accept the suggested command.
  4) No auto suggestion.
