Also please note Ubuntu 19.04 is the 2019-April (year.month) release of
Ubuntu which has a supported life of 9 months. It reaches it's EOL next
month (18-Jan-2020), so you could try 19.10 and save yourself the
release-upgrade step you'd have to do very soon anyway.

Bug description:
  i tried installing ubuntu 19.04 on hp probook 4540s and halfway through the ubuntu wizard i got an error saying that the grub installation failed. what is the problem?
  what am i doing wrong ?
  please help me as soon as possible.
