  19.04 not booting after update

Status in plymouth package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After installing 19.04, I did

    sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

  and also installed mysql-server

  shutdown and restart it after two days, restarting it, only showing
  splash.
