[Bug 1815105] [NEW] 2.02-2ubuntu8.10 breaks booting from ZFS

Public bug reported:

Upon upgrading to grub 2.02-2ubuntu8.10 from 2.02-2ubuntu8.9 all of my
machines with /boot/grub on ZFS display a long list of the following
sort at boot, before reaching the GRUB menu.

Handle 0x49cb9b98
  /ACPI (a0341d0,0)/PCI (0,14)/USB(9.1)/EndEntire
  USB I/O
  device path
Handle 0x49cb1a1B
  loaded image
Handle 0x4a280e98
  d088a413-0a70-4217-ba55-9a3ch64c41b3

This goes on for thousands of lines. On some machines this only takes a
few seconds but on other machines this takes over 5 minutes before the
GRUB menu is displayed. This is not displayed nor is boot delayed when
using grub 2.02-2ubuntu8.9.

Secure boot has no effect on the result.

Machines with /boot/grub on ext4 do not exhibit this behavior.
