Public bug reported:

it was a windows 8 on the laptop.
i delete all partitons and try install ubuntu.
installation failed with some errors about shim-signed but i ignore and continue.
the installation aborted.
i see in disks that ubuntu files are all there so i tried boot repair.
now i can start ubuntu over efi file because the secure boot option i cannot disable in BIOS, when i do changes in BIOS it accepts but when i reboot and check then no done changes are set.

so i start now ubuntu over efi file and try the update of packages then
this error comes up.
