the log shows that only 'vim-tiny' is installed (and that's what Ubuntu
installs by default), the 'vim.tiny' command should work? It's a bit
misleading that gnome-software shows 'vim' as installed though

Bug description:
  Hi guys

  The Vim on Ubuntu Disk 19.04 comes installed by default, but so far does not work.
  It is stated that it is installed by the Ubuntu software, but by the terminal says it is not installed as can be seen in the attached image.

  Command 'vim' not found, but can be installed with:

  Awaiting arrangements and correction
