[Bug 1816248] [NEW] Tried countless time to install, but failed every time

I create partition of 100 GB out of which i create 12 GB swap area.
I tried countless time to install from Live USB but failed every single time.
I was introducing Ubuntu to a windows user very first time, but this bug gave a very bad impression.

You guys make wonderful OS, request you to fix it on priority
