  i have no idea why this is now occurring, I just updated , but
  previously I had problems with this : now I get that I can only do a
  partial update, then it crashes on me... ??? HELP!!! stop giving me
  this Error:package libxml-libxml-perl 1.70.ds-1 failed to
  install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: subprocess installed pre-removal script
  returned error exit status 127
