[Bug 1817348] [NEW] Installer crashes at boot install

Same issue with linux mint Mate 19
Ive tried a few fixes but noithing has worked.  Ive just installed a fresh windows 10 install to the drive.  Before that I was using win7 and ubuntu 18.04.01 Mate.
