[Bug 1817980] [NEW] update-manager pull in gnome-shell in ubuntukylin

I noticed that the ubuntukylin daily iso now contains the gnome-shell which pulled in by update-manager:
https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/germinate-output/ubuntukylin.disco/all

This may caused by depends:

gnome-shell | policykit-1-gnome | polkit-kde-agent-1 | lxpolkit | lxqt-
policykit | mate-polkit | polkit-1-auth-agent

And now ubuntukylin seeds ukui-polkit, so could you add ukui-polkit to
this line?
