[Bug 1810289] [NEW] A fresh installation of ubuntu 18.04 crashed in the middle of the installation. It appears that the bug may have been caused by the machine used to download the iso.

The grub-installer appears to be specific to machines running amd radeon
graphics, which is the machine I used to download the ISO. As a result,
the installation crashed on my HP desktop.
