This is definitely not an invalid bug report. It is not a support request nor spam.

This simply is not true.
This bug is for util-linux_2.33.1-0.1ubuntu1 and this package cannot be installed (not migratable to release pocket) due to the unmet dependencies.
I know very well the recommendations for proposed repos.
However, it surely is better that the bug is fixed before the package enters into release repos.
If you do not want bug reports to be written, then what is this forum or
page there for?

Bug description:
Package util-linux (2.33.1-0.1ubuntu1) cannot be installed due to unmet dependencies.
Util-linux depends on login (>=1:4.5-1.1~) but the latest installable version is login (1:4.5-1ubuntu1).
