  Fix Released

Bug description:
  s390-tools-zkey should copy keys into the initramfs

  if zkey is in use, the keys should be copied into the initramfs, to
  allow unlocking zkey based volumes from the initrd itself. (i.e. / and
  /usr and dependencies of that)
