There was an issue connecting to the mirror of the Ubuntu archive which
you use.
2019-07-05 09:52:12,414 DEBUG url_downloadable: http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu//dists/disco/Release
2019-07-05 09:52:12,414 DEBUG s='http' n='in.archive.ubuntu.com' p='/ubuntu//dists/disco/Release' q='' f=''
2019-07-05 09:52:22,446 DEBUG error from httplib: '<urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known>'
2019-07-05 09:52:22,447 DEBUG entry '# deb http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ cosmic main restricted' was disabled (no Release file)
Please sort this out and try the upgrade again.
