Thanks a lot to the entire ubuntu team...

my problem has been resolved thanks to the feedback infirmation, I tried using DVD media in slow speed write mode, and it works ...
This is not a system bug but this is an error from a bad device, this can occur on HDD, DVD Drive, DVD Media, Usb Flash Drive, or Device Input / Output
