[Bug 1837899] Re: ubuntu-support-status indicates [18.10] packages still have support

I booted the x86 machine [dx6120] that has 18.10 installed, and same
result.

I looked at unsupported packages; many are wallpapers (I add every prior
Ubuntu & flavor wallpapers to my boxes with a script), but some are libs
etc.

I looked at supported; `ubuntu-minimal` 1.425.1 is installed and shows
as supported; `apt-cache policy` shows it's from cosmic-updates and
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=all&searchon=names&keywords
=ubuntu-minimal shows it's not the version used in disco/19.04

This issue is minor & likely known about (I'd looked and didn't find
lp.bug report on it), and may not be worth changes as come 1-August I
suspect this issue won't exist anymore anyway (until 19.04 or another
release reaches EOL before last-day-of-month).

Title:
ubuntu-support-status indicates [18.10] packages still have support

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I would expect this Lubuntu 18.10 system to have almost no packages
still supported, instead I get 69.2% still with support (until July
  2019)

This is a VM (Lubuntu 18.10 x86, used only for testing purposes)

  guiverc at d960-vml:~$ ubuntu-support-status
  Support status summary of 'd960-vml':

You have 1371 packages (69.2%) supported until July 2019 (Canonical -
  9m)

You have 5 packages (0.3%) that can not/no-longer be downloaded
You have 605 packages (30.5%) that are unsupported

Run with --show-unsupported, --show-supported or --show-all to see more details

  update-manager-core: /usr/bin/ubuntu-support-status
  guiverc at d960-vml:~$ apt-cache policy update-manager-core
  update-manager-core:
    Installed: 1:18.10.10.2

    Version table:

I realize this is a EOL release (18.10), however that's sort of the point, as the system reports itself as still with support because of this bug. I don't have to my knowledge any 18.10 x86_64 systems still to test here, though I could install one on request. I believe I still have a x86 18.10 system on real hardware if you'd like me to look there too.
