[Bug 1832039] [NEW] installer crashes towards completion

I was trying to install Xubuntu 18.04 on my Acer E1-522, It has an AMD A6 Quadcore processor, 4 GB of RAM, ample drive space, and I was using Xubuntu 14 on it untill yesterday.
While trying to install the installer crashes after reaching 100% and there is no error message that I can understand.
