  unable to install from USB for ubuntu 19.04 and Kubuntu 18.04.2

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  crashes while installing ubuntu 19.04 and also in kubuntu 18.04.2. My
  system is a new system with Win10, 1903 version purchased just 2 days
  back, and i want to add kubuntu or ubuntu on it. Tried many times, but
  everytime it fails.
