Status in partman-crypto package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  currently whist zkey utility is available, there is no UI to set that
  up, or use for the encrypted volumes.

  either partman-crypto needs extending, or a new partman-crypto-zkey
  needs to be created.
