Title:
Ubuntu wants to upgrade to 18.04 from 16.04, but there is no
ubuntu.minimal for PPC32/Powerpc/Pmac For the Apple G4 machines.

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I recently installed 16.04 on my Apple G4 PowerPC (PPC/PowerPC/Pmac).
I was then prompted to upgrade to 18.04 which dropped support for
PPC-32, so there is no ubuntu.mnimal for the upgrader to acquire.
Since there is no support for my arch, I should not be promtped to
  upgrade.
