Title:
  ubuntu-support-status wrong support period for packages that were MRE
  during a release's life

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Some packages that were in universe at the time of the release then
  MRE are reported as being supported for 3y instead of 5y as other
  packages that were in main from day 1.

  $ ubuntu-support-status --show-support | tail -3
  Supported until April 2021 (Canonical - 3y):
