hit.

Bug description:
  Device: Dell Inspiron 5379 2-in-1 laptop
  Image: ubuntu-18.04-desktop-amd64.iso

  2-in-1 laptop won't auto-rotate after finishing installation.
  iio-sensor-proxy.service is stopped during oem installation. But not restarted after install.

  This issue will gone after reboot once.
