Title:
Crash in first phases of Ubuntu 19.04 Installing from USB

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
My Ubuntu LiveUSB seems to be made in UEFI, so I selected the Native
Uefi (withouth CSM) mode in Boot Options of my laptop. It`s a HP
Probook 4540. The hard disk was formatted (erasing) with the Disks app
of Ubuntu Live from the USB. Then I tried installing, but first gave
me an error Ubi-partman failed with exit code 141 and suggested Try
again, so I did, then I went to the "choose your location" screen, and
then crashed. I'm trying installing since yesterday :(

  I can-t navigate anyway (ctrl-alt-t doesn't open the terminal) so I
  can't upload the requested files
