Bug description:
  * Impact
  The livepatch tab hits an error when an old gir1.2-snapd-glib is installed

  * Test case
  The software-properties -> livepatch tab should load without error

  * Regression potential
  The change is only in the Debian packaging to ensure a recent enough version of the snapd-glib binding are installed, just check that the package is installable/that the depends is available
