Title:
setfacl shows wrong message: "Invalid argument" when the problem is
  about existance of username

Status in acl package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
in Ubuntu 18.04 the following command has a wrong output as shown:
  #sudo setfacl -d -m u:apache:rwx /var/www/
setfacl: Option -m: Invalid argument near character 3

But the exact problem is about username which should be for example in this case: www-data
Output of setacl is supposed to be something like: "the user apache does not exist"
