The verification of the Stable Release Update for wslu has completed
successfully and the package has now been released to -updates.
Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being
unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.  In
the event that you encounter a regression using the package from
-updates please report a new bug using ubuntu-bug and tag the bug report
regression-update so we can easily find any regressions.

Bug description:
  [Impact]

   * wsl* commands change the font of the Ubuntu terminal to a very
  unappealing one.

   * Observe the font not being changed when running wslfetch in th
  Ubuntu WSL terminal

  * This was fixed as part of an upstream code refactoring, see
  regression potential in LP: #1849679

  Using W10 r18932

  Typing 'wslusc' on a WSL2/Ubuntu 18.04 uptodate instance leads to have
  the Ubuntu instance font changing/being screwed
