  update-manager wrong package grouping

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  From time to time the update-manager shows packages due for update,
  putting some them into groups. Sometimes the grouping is clearly
  wrong, especially the package used as anchor of the group.

  See the attached screenshot: a number of packages are shown as
  belonging to Visual Studio code group, which they are not.
