Thanks for your report.

The kernel refused to load the proprietary drivers with secure boot
enabled. Could you please disable secure boot and tell if it boots?

Bug description:
  Image: 19.10 beta – http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20190926.1/eoan-desktop-amd64.iso
  Device: Dell Precision 5540 (201904-26937)

  1. Install Ubuntu 19.10.
  2. Check 'Encrypt the new Ubuntu Installation for security' and 'Use LVM with the new Ubuntu Installation'
  3. Check 'Overwrite empty disk space' in the next
  4. Complete the installation and restart the device.
  5. Sreen goes blank without splash screen
  6. Screen still goes blank without splash screen after grub even though restart the system

  Note:
  system can boot normally seldom, the pass rate lower than 1/10
