ah - given Ubuntu Budgie also seeds the nvidia drivers we'll also need a
rebuilt when the fix is available.

Bug description:
  After a fresh install of Ubuntu MATE 19.10 beta ISO the 32-bit Nvidia
  library libnvidia-gl-435 is not installed. Used the checkbox during
  the install for installing third party software and drivers.

  When attempting to open Steam, the client crashes instantly. However,
  after starting in a terminal, I found that it was missing the 32-bit
  library required to run.

  Reproduced by:

  Installing from Ubuntu MATE 19.10 Beta ISO. Check box for installing
  third-party software. Attempt to run Steam.

  Workaround:

  Install libnvidia-gl-435:i386 package.
