[Bug 1848399] Re: eoan zfs install fails w/ grub error

Did a "sudo apt update ; sudo apt dist-upgrade -y" before running
ubiquity.

I did a chroot to /target, and then here's the error I get when running
"update-grub", which is the command that failed:

    cannot open 'This:' no such pool
