[Bug 1848961] [NEW] fresh ubuntu 19.10 install

Public bug reported:

I was installing a fresh 19.10 install. Deleted the old 18.04 LTS
partition, set up everything, next, next, copying files and then a crash
"fatal error" on grub. But the system says the instalation was an
success :S I'm confused.
