[Bug 1848708] Re: ubuntu 19.10 iso boot not possible

If I remove: url=http://myiphidden/ubu16.cfg 
the iso is booting to the installer, but ofcourse without the preseed file.
Seems some changes needed in the kernel options?

Bug description:
  We are always installing ubuntu 18.04 or 19.04 with grub and iso's on the usb stick and starting the install with this grub entry, but with 19.10 this does not work anymore and boots to busybox.
  Grub entry:
