[Bug 1849978] [NEW] Cannot see full display in VirtualBox

Public bug reported:

I created a VirtualBox VM on Kubuntu 19.04, then installed Kubuntu 19.10
to the VM. The installer window is cut off on the right-hand side which
means the Next or equivalent action button is not visible. I tabbed
through each screen to where I thought the Next button was and hit
Return. This method worked, but I shouldn't need to do this.

Both the host and guest machines are vanilla. My physical display is an
Acer H236HL running at 1440x900. The virtual display is, I believe,
640x480. I did not have the Extension Pack installed in this VM, so I
only have the default resolution.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
