Since no one knows of anywhere that this is used today, the best way to
figure out if it is still needed is to remove it early in the cycle
(i.e. now) and find out if anyone reports that something has broken.

Removing packages from focal:
	ubuntu-core-meta 0.6.25 in focal
		ubuntu-core-libs 0.6.25 in focal amd64
		ubuntu-core-libs 0.6.25 in focal arm64
		ubuntu-core-libs 0.6.25 in focal armhf
		ubuntu-core-libs 0.6.25 in focal i386
		ubuntu-core-libs 0.6.25 in focal ppc64el
		ubuntu-core-libs 0.6.25 in focal s390x
		ubuntu-core-libs-dev 0.6.25 in focal amd64
		ubuntu-core-libs-dev 0.6.25 in focal arm64
		ubuntu-core-libs-dev 0.6.25 in focal armhf
		ubuntu-core-libs-dev 0.6.25 in focal i386
		ubuntu-core-libs-dev 0.6.25 in focal ppc64el
		ubuntu-core-libs-dev 0.6.25 in focal s390x
Comment: unused metapackage, superseded by snapd/snapcraft-internal lists; LP: #1850538
1 package successfully removed.

Title:
Please remove ubuntu-core-meta from the archive

Status in ubuntu-core-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hi,

As far as I can tell, the ubuntu-core-meta metapackage and the binary
  packages it builds:

   - ubuntu-core-libs
   - ubuntu-core-libs-dev

Are no longer in use by snapcraft, the core snap or any other
consumers; and is out of date with that is considered the accepted
list of packages that defines a developer system or the core
  dependencies for building snaps.

Please remove it from the Ubuntu archive.
