Ubuntu 17.10 (artful) reached end-of-life on July 19, 2018.

We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested
in discussing it any more. But if you are then please upgrade to the
latest Ubuntu version and re-test. If you then find the bug is still
present in the newer Ubuntu version, please add a comment here telling
us which new version it is in and change the bug status to Confirmed.

After a release reaches EOL; it's software is moved from
archive.ubuntu.com to old-releases.ubuntu.com.  You attempted release-
upgrade well outside the window (more than a year after EOL!) the
software tools are looking in the wrong place. See
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EOLUpgrades

Bug description:
  using: kdesudo "do-release-upgrade -m desktop -f DistUpgradeViewKDE"

  I had lots of errors with repos for artful:

  Err:13 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful Release

  Err:14 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful-updates Release 
    404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.162 80]

  Err:16 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful-security Release
    404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.162 80]

  I renamed files sources.list and sources.list.distUpgrade and tried to
  upgrade.

  Now I got new errors and a suggest to report the bug using 'ubuntu-bug
  ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal

  Can you help me, please?
