Though in focal we now do show an Ubuntu logo. Only it's at the bottom.
So I suggest that's as good as we will get...

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On a fairly new Lenovo laptop (T580) I tested, it doesn't have BGRT
  defined. So it's empty above the spinner.

  I also tried Windows to see how it handles when BGRT is missing, it
  shows a Windows logo for this case.
