[Bug 1871062] [NEW] Missing debug symbols

There are no debug symbols for gcc-9 on ubuntu-focal.
there is no libgcc1-dbg, libgomp1-dbg, libgfortran5-dbg ...
Please, bring them back.
We need them to debug our programs.
