[Bug 1871245] [NEW] Add option to resume on accidental abortion

Public bug reported:

Add an option to resume an aborted update process (e.g. via Ctrl+C).
This could be for example "--continue". This would make sure the correct
sources.list are setup and then continues with installing packages. This
would be a lot easier than resolving this manually.
