This error is caused by a segfault of dpkg. This is the only occurrence
of this bug I found. Could you please run a memory test on your system
and try the installation again.

If it happens again, please check if there is a crash file in /var/crash/ and upload it to launchpad with the command:
ubuntu-bug /var/crash/<name of the crash>.crash

Bug description:
  Installation of Ubuntu 20.04 finished successfully except for grub -
  which after pressing closed to accept that message it asked to send a
  report and the dialogue disappeared.

  Running from a 2.0 USB drive of the beta, installing to an SSD drive
  as /dev/sda6 which was an empty partition I previously had 19.10 on.
