I'm also affected (Dell PowerEdge R720xd):

# dpkg --configure grub-efi-amd64-signed

Installing for x86_64-efi platform.

Bug description:
  After the installation of the new version of this package, the system
  doesn't boot. I have to enter in "Recovery Mode".
